Sywell Revival Aircraft Fly-in and Rally, September 5th and 6th 2009

22nd April 2009

Following a recent meeting at Sywell between directors of Sywell Aerodrome and the Light Aircraft Association (LAA), this is to confirm the Sywell Revival Aircraft Rally is on for 2009.

Planned as a major fly-in and meeting after the scaling back of the official LAA Rally, further details on this event can be found here.

Tiger Moth flights at Sywell

As per the earlier news story, we have begun Tiger Moth trial flight experiences here at Sywell! Vouchers for 20, 30 and 40 minute flights can be purchased from the Brooklands Flying School website. Don't miss this chance to experience aviation in authentic 1930s style with a flight in a Tiger Moth biplane. Nothing compares with flying over the beautiful English countryside in an original Tiger Moth biplane, from a grass aerodrome that has seen pilots taking to the air in Tiger Moths since 1932.
