Sywell Estates Limited manages a total of just under 1/2 million sq.ft. of
lettable industrial space split into 44 units. The size of units varies from
the smallest at 500 sq.ft. to the largest at 68,000 sq.ft.
During the past ten years the company has embarked upon a refurbishment
programme and as units have become available they have been brought up to a
modern day standard. This has meant recladding, the provision of insulation in
many cases, upgrading of offices and the provision of toilets etc. The
